Nebraska Educators Network

The place for Nebraska educators to meet, connect, and share ideas.

This Ning is designed to help Nebraska educators develop their own professional learning networks (PLN).

Welcome

Sit back and make yourself at home. Feel free to customize your homepage by changing the theme and adding an image of yourself. Take a few moments to reply to the "Introduce Yourself" question in the Forum.

Don't be shy! Please start discussions in the Forum or create a group. Don't feel bad that your group is "exclusive." The entire purpose of a group is to give people with a common interest/goal a place connect within the Ning. The ideas for groups are endless! Be creative and invite your colleagues to join.

If you have any questions please contact Josh Allen or Beth Still. We'd be glad to help you out!

Fair Use or "Fairey Use"

When I first read about this, I couldn't help but think this situation brings up some interesting issues. I decided to develop a lesson about Fair Use based upon it. I'm sharing it with you in hopes that a) it may help others, and b) you will give me suggestions on improvements.

Here it is...

Finally I stumbled up… Continue

Storing podcasts

I created a podcast of a review session that I had with students. I would like to make it and others available for my students to download when/if they miss a class before a test. Any suggestions about how to go about this. My mac stuff says to upload to a .mac account. I don't have one at this time.

Any ideas?

I second Beth's comments. While we are starting to bring the great educators in Nebraska together, we can do a better job of making this a valuable resource to all educators. We both look forward to your feedback.
